The 4-Hour School is a mythical establishment built around the philosophy of self help guru Tim Feriss. According to Tim, everything we do takes too much valuable time, costs too much money and, at the end, inhibits us from enjoying life to its fullest. The first book in “The 4-Hour Series” was called “The 4-Hour Workweek.” The book hit the New York Times best seller list and stayed there for some time. During that time, Tim went on to pen “The 4-Hour Body,” a noteworthy book in which he demonstrated how it is possible to get the maximum muscle building benefits with the least possible physical effort.
